之前发过一篇帖子讲我的情况，也得到了一些签友的关心和支持
http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/Visa/31179199.html今天早上9点半的预约，十点过十五拿到的。具体交钱和材料的过程我就不讲了。想讲讲H4转F1身份的问题。我因为一年前被拒过F1,并且当时签证官明确说明是因为我老公H1B有移民倾向拒我。现在我老公H1B的身份并没有改变，那么VO依然可以因移民倾向的问题据我。
当时有两个VO，都是亚洲人，一个老太太，一个小伙子。老太太还算和蔼，但是问题很详细，拒了两个（一个移民倾向问题，一个说是wrong visa type）。小伙子那边好像很松，笑着聊天，所有人都过了。
到我了，2号窗老太太。当时她已经杀了两个，所以估计已经过瘾了，对我挺nice的。
Me: Hi! How are you?
VO: Good. So you changed status...?
Me: Yes. I am already a F1 student right now. My program requires internship so I have to change to F1 for the CPT.Here's the support letter from my program.
VO: What is your major?
Me: I am in ***.It's a 2 year program and I have already spent a year in school.I have to come here for the visa renewal because the internship company want me to travel to europe.
VO: So you are working?
Me: This is required by the program, and I am doing a project on *** in europe.
VO: So your tuition...
Me: You wanna see the financials?
VO: Yeah..
Me: 给她看。她没翻，就看了我封面上自己算的总数.
VO: Husband still working?
Me: Yeah, he is, and he makes # a year.
VO: School name? master in what? 边问边打字。ok, you are approved.come here tomorrow 2:15 with this receipt and you can pick it up.
Me: Tomorrow? Great! Thanks!(今天周四，之前听她跟不少人说要下周一才能拿)
完全没有问我之前被拒的事情。祝之后签证的朋友好运！
